Our team begins by diagnosing the specific problems with your equipment. We use state-of-the-art tools and techniques to repair and replace any faulty components. We do not use any refubrished components, as they may have higher failure rates. If the equipment requires a significant amount of chips, that changes our cost, we contact the client to to obtain approval to proceed; however, this situation is rare.

Every piece of equipment is field tested twice, between 24-72 hours to ensure it meets performance and quality assurance. In some cases, when equipment is older or had more extensive damage, we may perform a field test for up to 5-days to guarentee performance and reliability. We stand by our work with a satisfaction guarantee and will repair any issues within 90-days.
